What "doing the work" looks like

You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to participate. For example:

  • Logging your workouts in the app most weeks
  • Attempting the agreed number of weekly sessions (even if some weeks go sideways)
  • Following through with habit/nutrition goals we set (or letting me know when a certain habit is unrealistic so we can change it)
  • Submitting your weekly check-in so we can actually coach, not guess

If you ghost for weeks, never check in, or ignore the plan altogether, this guarantee doesn’t apply—because at that point, coaching isn’t the problem.
