Hi, I’m Montique. I’m a personal trainer with 15 years of experience helping high-pressure professionals and small business owners get leaner, stronger, and more consistent—without rigid meal plans or workouts that hijack your calendar. My coaching is 100% remote through Trainerize, with weekly check-ins, practical habit and nutrition guidance, and on-demand support during business days. If you want structure that respects your time and your joints, you’re in the right place.

Why I Built Evoltra

Most programs hand you a template and call it “custom.” Evoltra is different. I created it for people who need a plan that flexes with real life—travel, deadlines, family, and recovery—not one that falls apart the moment your week gets busy.

How I Coach

Joint-friendly strength first. Short, efficient sessions (25–45 minutes) that prioritize form, mobility, and sustainable progress—at home or in the gym.

Simple nutrition frameworks. No strict meal plans. We use meal structure, portions, and protein targets you can follow on workdays, travel, and dinners out.

Habit systems that stick. Clear weekly focus goals, so you always know your “next right step.”

Progress you can see. Workouts, habits, and metrics live in Trainerize; I review and adjust weekly so the plan keeps fitting your life.

Real accountability. Light touch when you’re cruising; tighter guardrails when life gets messy.

Remote expertise. From program design to form checks, I coach effectively without needing to be in the room—using Trainerize (and Loom when helpful) for clear feedback.
